How close to departure can I book?
You must book and complete passport information latest 48 hours prior to departure. Passengers can make date change after tickets issuance as the same approval for permit entry will remain

How can I check if I got an approval?
Passenger booking record will be updated with OK to board message automatically
If for any reason entry permit is denied, Passenger will be contacted. If booking is made via travel agent, agent will get a notification and agent should contact a passenger. Please ensure that your contact details are correct and up to date.

What happens if I don’t receive an approval?
A full refund of your ticket will be made to original form of payment.
